Presented by Family Martial Arts, the Defensercise class combines strength and cardio training with street survival tips and simple self defense techniques that can be used to avoid confrontations and protect against violent attacks. Open to all fitness levels; no previous training required. Please wear comfortable clothes, and be prepared to work out! This program is for ages 16+.
