Positivity Camp week two is a mindful family workshop on staying connected in the moment.  In this chaotic world, especially with social media and constant screen time, it can be extremely difficult to remember where we are and what we are doing in that exact moment. Sometimes we just need to remember that when we live in the moment and teach our children to do the same we see youth that is less anxious and more present in their life.

Move your mind and feel more mindful in this workshop with Gina Slager.  Meditation, yoga, and visualization are part of the positivity camp series.
