Join instructor Arlene Santiago for an introduction to PiYo LIVE!, a low impact, athletic workout, which combines the mind/body practices of yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement. During a PiYo LIVE! class, you will find yourself standing in a yoga pose one minute, and down on the floor in a Pilates pose the next! Please bring a yoga mat or towel to participate. Open to all levels. No experience necessary. Participants will sign a liability form before class starts.
Note: FPLD Cardholders have priority registration. Non-FPLD cardholders may register one week prior to event.
Arlene Santiago is a personal trainer, health coach and mom of three. She loves encouraging others to be the best they can be by helping them take care of themselves through sound nutrition and body movement.
Positivity Camp opens with a workshop on emotions. Learn to reflect on and embrace your feelings. Build your emotional intelligence, move your mind, and talk about all the feels in this workshop with Gina Slager. Meditation, yoga, and visualization are part of the positivity camp series.
Teens plus their parents are welcome to attend this workshop together or teens by themselves.
